Today we continue our one-on-one series with former Perry Linebacker and current Iowa State Cyclone Kane Seeley, the Redshirt Sophomore is anxious to get the season started and right now is engaged in a three way battle for the starting gig at Middle Linebacker. “Backup to Jeremiah George last year, and then right now it’s between Jordan Harris and Alton Meeks for my position. We just rotated around and its all up in the air for starting and you know we’ll see how it goes.” Seeley talks about some of the areas he must improve on to make the jump to Big 12 Football. “For me I’ve just been watching film extra, I have the knowledge now I just have to react quicker that’s my thing. Now that I actually know things I’m just thinking too much and just over thinking, I just gotta react and just play quicker and play to my best ability I can get it done if I just have confidence out there.” Tomorrow on our sports, we continue our conversation with Kane Seeley and take an in-depth look to all the film work that goes in to being a Division One football player.
